Mrs. Sanders’ Grading System

Oct 31st, 2006 by c7sanders

Mrs. Sanders’ Grading System:

A= 93-100
B= 85-92
C=75-84
D= 70-74
F= Below 70

In my math class, I use what is called total points. Total points, is a quick and easy way to calculate a student’s grade.

Example:
Student A has 800 points out of 950 possible points. This student’s grade would be calculated by making a fraction.

800/950

Use your calculator:
800 divided by 950 = 0.842105263
This student would receive an 84/C for his/her grade.
