Math Lesson Plans for November 6th – 9th

Monday: 2-2 Making Predictions (7.5.spi.5)
Today, students will work independently to make predictions using a line graph and a scatter plot graph. Students will complete worksheet pages 73 and 74. Packet pages 92,93,73,and 74 will be due on Thursday of this week.
Homework: Study for test on Wednesday over graphs

Tuesday: Misleading Statistics/ Review (76.5.spi.1)
Today, students will recognize when statistics and graphs are misleading. Students will work in groups to complete textbook page93 numbers 1-8. Students will also complete textbook page 96 numbers 10- 20 even only. Students will work in groups to complete this assignment.
Homework: Study for test on Wednesday over graphs

Wednesday: Test over Graphs
Today, students will take a test over all graphs. After the test, students will be asked to read a book silently.
Homework: None

Thursday: Review Skills
Today, students will review skills from this year. Students will work individually to complete textbook page 49 Practice Test #1.
Homework: None

Friday: No School!
